Congratulations to me! I am finally a Certified Pharmacy Technician after one year and 1500 hours worth of on-site training. Yeah! I now only work Fridays and Saturdays, while I am finishing up my teaching degree but, I've finally made it to the top, completed my goal for the year and even got a huge raise to go with it.

Certified Pharmacy Technician

Zoey's new haircut
My little stinkerpot, Zoey, got into my hair cutting scissors and gave herself a hair cut, which included "bangs" and one entire side of her curls missing. With out much ado, we promptly took the child to the professionals and let them have a go at it. I think they fixed things quite well considering what they had to work with. Here is my little Pixie Girl!

New House Photos
Our New House
Almost every Sunday, after church, we take a drive across town to see the progress on our new house. We can't wait to move in October and have the benefit of lower mortgage payments. The area in Mountain's Edge community is really nice and family oriented and there is a nice park for Zoey to play at only minutes away. There are also several elementary schools in the area that I am hoping to get hired at come graduation time. Also, just an interesting fact, we will be zoned to attend church in the building as I grew up in; The Desert View ward church building.

We're Moving!
This is a picture of what the new house will look like when it's done that we will be moving into in mid-October. We have had a very hard year so far, financially, and have been very lucky to have help from Brian's parents with living costs, including my health and car insurance and even to help us make the move into this more affordable home. I just finished summer school and had all my work hours cut, so I have decided that July is going to be my month for packing. I start tomarrow with Zoey's room and will be pulling one of the cars out of the garage for now on to make room for boxes and bins. So, anyway, it appears that we are going to be living in Las Vegas for quite some time now but, I am happy with the new home and surrounding area and hope that we will have a promising future here.Tuesday, July 7, 2009
Our Second Wedding Anniversary
To Celebrate our wedding anniversary, Brian got us free tickets, through work as a cab driver, to two of the hottest shows in Vegas. The musical, The Phantom of the Opera and the incredibly unique, 3-man team, The Blue Man Group.
The Phantom of the Opera

Here are some scenes I found from the show, they are tiny but, give you a sense of the beauty portrayed. We totally got dressed up for this show and had a ball. I absolutely loved it! It was so incredible, I was amazed at the scene settings, costumes, lights, sounds and simply dazzling performances! I think was my first real Broadway show. I want more. Thank you, Brian. The Blue Man Group

The Blue Man Group night was totally fun too. Brian took us out to eat at fancy restaruants both nights, justifying that we didn't have to pay for our show tickets. He got them free as as taxi cab driver, so that he can give passengers/customers great reviews on the shows. We had awesome seats both times! The Blue Man Group was incredible too with electrifying music and drum beat that made you move to the music. It was bright neon, glowing lights, and a quench for thirst of the sences. Very cool.
Happy Anniversary Bri! Two years down and an eternity to go, Love Jenn.

"Ultimate Disasters"
I was so inspired after writing about my diagnosis for Zoey Monster Disorder, ZMD, (found in the previous 2 posts), that I have decided to put together a fabulous new post of all the absolute worst messes ever captured on film. Warning-some images may not be suitable for young viewers or those faint of heart. I repeat, this is an uncut, unedited version with solid waste products included. Here is my masterpiece, "Ultimate Disasters", Starring, Zoey, age 1-3 years old...
Worst Body Paint (next to poop, which takes first place)
Worst Play Day (I still love you, Eve)
Worst Loft Mess (before the nail polish incident)
Worst Idea for a toy (but, she loves them)
Worst Bedroom Messes (no contest)
Worst New Trick (next was the food pantry shelves)
Worst Animal Feedings (Do not put fingers inside cage)
Worst Potty Training Accidents (non-censored)
Worst Bathtub Disasters (Okay, get ready)
Don't Stop Now...This Is It!
Yup, THIS is my worst nightmare ever! In fact, this actually happened tonight, while I was creating this blog post, no less, (how ironic is that?) and no, I'm not kidding.
I think this is a real problem. (refer to the definition of ZMD found in post #3 below.)
Of course, now Mommy has to clorox scrub my bath clean, give all my toys a nice little bleach bath and then, give me a brand new second bath!
Here is Zoey's explaination for why she still poops in the tub at age 3.
(She didn't want to get out because it was "freezin'", too cold to sit on the pot, Mom, why not stay in the warm water? Well, it makes sence at least, I'll give her that.)
Worst Funny But, I Shouldn't Be Laughing Episode (okay, it's cute)
And last, but not least, the grand finale'...
